TSUJI IS A BADASS MOFO ACTOR. WTF? From his most recent post (in which he answers some of the 32984729342 questions he asked people to send in a couple of weeks ago):

Question: I went to see "HARD TO HOLD" the other day, and Tsuji-kun's performance was so amazing, I still remember the fear from it (haha) Is there a scene from it that really sticks out when you were playing Shimura-sensei?

Tsujimoto: Thanks for coming to see the show~ It was really my first time performing that kind of role, so I was able to have fun with it. And actually, there was a really big happening one time!

I was really calm during it, so not many people may have noticed it, but in one scene, Shimura is really stressed out, and takes this textbook that his lover Hiiro got from some college students living next door and just starts stabbing it over and over with a pair of scissors. I really have to get into that scene mentally and just go all out, so I tore into it like usual, and afterwards I have to go sit off to the side to wait for my next scene. But when I did so this time, I could hear the audience members in the first row going, "Bl--blood...!"

'Huh? What are they talking about...?' And then I looked at my hand...

AND THERE WAS A TON OF BLOOD ON IT. ＼(☆o☆)／

Apparently I got really out of it and cut myself!

I was still pumped full of adrenaline from the scene, so until I actually heard the audience members talking about it, I didn't even feel the pain (haha) I'm actually not supposed to leave the stage the whole time, but on that one occasion I left to stop the bleeding by my next scene. (-"-;)

Currently watching the Simpsons' episode Homer's Phobia and off-handedly wondered if Tuti'd ever seen this episode:

I LOVE WHEN MITSURU CATCHES THINGS I DON'T.

I'm convinced I only missed this because we were so far away >_> Or rather, I caught one tiny bit of it but GOD the full bit was amazing.

Some background: this was at senshuuraku, at the 2nd curtain call where Daiki asked Thane to give the final greetings (he was the only guest asked). When he started out, he blew everyone away by starting in fluent English, so of course no one could understand. Nagayan was right next to him and spazzing at the English, while 3-4 people away, Tuti was all superior. They then proceeded TO HAVE A FUCKING CONVERSATION, as follows:

[Thane talks in English]
Tuti: I'm probably the only one who'd understand it.
Nagayan: It's not like you understand it either!!
Tuti: I'm definitely the only one who'd understand it.
Nagayan: (muttering to himself) Why the hell do you feel like you have to repeat it?

GOOD GOD. THEY WERE THAT MARRIED ON STAGE. Just. FUCK. They crack me up so good ;_;

FUCK.

MAKO-CHAN, ILUSFM.

And the "trembling canyon" was amazing!! Tsuchiya-san, Takashi-san, Oreno-san, and I, who were all walking around together, felt really bad after getting off of it.

THEY REALLY DID GO ON A DATE TOGETHER, DAMMIT. Also, all the guys hopped into swan boats later. Ummmmm.

I really like Mako-chan's pics, btw. The colors are awesome.

Well, it's over. This won't be my long thinky post--that's saved until I actually have time and aren't exhausted XD For now, some highlights!

Maeraku
--during the OP with Nataraja, Pasupata, and Shiva, usually Nataraja dances in front with Pasupata and Shiva doing their own little cute stuff behind him, usually bumping asses and being very girlfriend-y. For both shows today, though, they did kind of a thing where they moved in one of those circles behind Nataraja, like Exile does and whatnot :P
--to distract the guards, Tuti'd been miming a woman entering the castle, and demonstrating how wild it was driving everyone by pumping his hips like...well, you know :P Today, though, he took it to another level...AND WRAPPED HIS HAND AROUND HIS PHALLIC ELEPHANT TRUNK WHILE HE THRUST HIS HIPS. Good GOD man.
--Daiki had a bruise on his right shoulder, a pretty big one :( It looked old, though--was already yellowing. *random*
--miokuri was Tuti, Nagayan, Wasshi, and Mako-chan :D -- so they closed the first two of three Nagoya shows with 2 sets of 2 pnish members meaning...

Senshuuraku
--WE GOT A FULL PNISH MEMBER SET AT SSR MIOKURI! Aaaaaand as if that weren't enough? THANE, TOO. Not gonna lie, I almost completely ignored the pnish members because Meg and I were all, "sdfliushdlifsd IT WAS AMAZING, DUDE. AGAIN." at Thane and he was all, ":DDDDD zomg thanks for coming! Again!!" and it was in English and that was way fun and sdlifushdlfisf
--We were waaaaay up in the nosebleed section (really badly angled 2nd floor, geez) and had a horrible view...but when it's your 13th time seeing something, how much are you worried about missing? XD;;; Anyways, it gave us a perfect angle to see wtf Nagayan was doing with his left hand behind Tuti's back during the ass-massaging scene: ...RUBBING IT UP AND DOWN TUTI'S BACK. Like...yeah.
--@ the slaps, they were all going at each other, and Nagayan repeated what he'd apparently done at Tokyo senshuuraku, where he ordered Nataraja to slap Shiva 3 times, which he dutifully did in Tokyo. Here, though, he changed it to 2 times, then stepped back to watch the magic happen...and Tuti stepped over and started hitting him instead, with a big grin, and Nagayan spazzed out going, "sdilfsidufsd NOT ME, DAMMIT."
--We called them all back onto stage with applause after they left from the first curtain, but unfortunately there were no cast greetings (wtf)--however, Daiki did ask one person to speak: THAAAAAANE! Meg and I were pretty much bouncing in our seats (I wish we could've had Nagayan talk, too, but A THANE IS FINE, TOO)--and...I was totally expecting him to bust out in Japanese, because it's hard to remember he's foreign at times under all that makeup and costuming, and he starts off--IN ENGLISH, GOING AT NORMAL FAST NATIVE-SPEAKER PACE--"First of all, I'd like to say what an honor it's been--" at which point the entire audience busted out laughing, Nagayan started having a fit next to him, and all of pnish was like, "sdfiushldfis NO ERM NO DDDDD:" except for Tuti who--god, I love this guy--calmly stepped forward and explained (in Japanese, admittedly), "Thane-san--you'll have to do it in Japanese. Otherwise I'm the only one who'll understand."

I DIED laughing. Arrogantprick!Tuti is something I desperately love, especially when it's about shit like being able to speak English, which--if you're so confident hon--SAY MORE THAN "THANK YOU" WHEN YOU SEE US.

After that little display, Thane of course delivered an absolutely perfect ending speech which I desperately hope he'd practiced or it's really going to depress me in my own Japanese studies :( You're not allowed to be that good and that hot and that married at Japanese when I'm still struggling, dammit.

Like, right after the cast bows, and everyone except *pnish* goes off stage, we were sitting kind of off to the side, and 8 rows back. Fairly close to the stage, comparatively, but not yanno RIGHT there. So they're all walking off waving to the audience and all, and Thane made eyecontact (or so I thought) with us, so I was thinking, 'lol I wonder how well they can see into the audience from up there--no way he'd be able to see the two foreigners sitting this far back, but still...'

AND AT THAT VERY MOMENT HIS ARM SHOT FORWARD AND HE POINTED RIGHT AT US AND GAVE US A BIG GRIN AND THUS BUDDYCHRIST!THANE WAS BORN.

Holy CRAP though. As soon as he did that, Meg and I immediately turned to look at each other with these O_____O eyes because we'd both seen it. WHAT THE HELL. WHAT THE HELL.

And and and AS IF THAT WASN'T AWESOME ENOUGH.

MARRIEDS DID THE MIOKURIIIIII~!!! Yup, we got smacked with a big dose of Eiji and Daiki (standing by each other no less :D) at miokuri (along with Naitou and Ore no Graffiti).

Tomorrow (today...) is senshuuraku. GANBARUZOOOOO~

Chilling for a little bit before hopping in the shower to head off to Nagoya~!! Tonight's opening night and then...it's all over tomorrow :( I shall have a major, likely depressing thinky post up that I'll probably write on the shink coming back :P Expect me to not be in a good mood unless Nagayan says something like, "I'M GONNA BE A *PNISH* MEMBER  NEXT~!!" or some such awesomeness :D
